Rooms have a nice river view, and the size is spacious. The breakfast selection could be better, though, and elevators were slow. Great spot for cycling nearby, too.

The location is excellent, close to attractions and a golf course. A nice balcony overlooking the river too. The room felt humid and the carpet could use a deep clean. Pillows were uncomfortable, and there was a weird light that wouldn’t turn off at night.

The room had a musty smell, likely from the worn carpet, and the mattress was lumpy and uncomfortable. Plus, the coffee in the dining area was terrible compared to the pods provided in our room.

The staff were friendly and helpful, which made a good impression. The room had nice views of the river and was spacious, but cleanliness was hit or miss—stains on the carpet and bedding were disappointing. Breakfast offered decent options, yet the hallways felt too dim and had a persistent smell. At night, loud banging from the plumbing kept us awake. While it’s near attractions, the overall upkeep needs attention to compete with other locations. For a quick stay, it's manageable, but I wouldn't want to linger in those conditions.

I loved the indoor pool—it was so clean and perfect for a fun swim! The hot breakfast was a daily delight, full of fresh goodies that fueled our adventures. Plus, the staff was super friendly, making us feel right at home!

the room was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful.
the fireplace didn't work during our stay and we weren't offered a rate reduction. the carpet needed cleaning and both elevators were down at the same time.

The room was spacious with plenty of charging ports! Housekeeping kept it clean and fresh every day! 😊
It wasn't inexpensive, but it was reasonable enough for a weekend getaway.

The room was clean but had a musty odor. The king mattress felt lumpy and lacked support, making it uncomfortable for restful sleep. Carpets appeared worn and slightly stained. The balcony provided a nice river view, but the noise from geese and ducks was disruptive at night. Temperature control was adequate, but the fireplace was non-operational during our stay, which was disappointing. the breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Staff were friendly, although the evening team seemed less engaged. The open space around the pool was enjoyable for the kids.

During our recent stay at Country, we found the ironing facilities to be quite outdated and not very efficient. It took a while to get our clothes properly pressed, which was a bit inconvenient. The heating and air conditioning in the room were also a bit tricky to adjust, leading to some discomfort during the night. we appreciated the tea and coffee facilities in the room. It was nice to have a hot beverage readily available in the mornings. The garden furniture outside was a nice touch, although it could have been more comfortable for relaxing. The dry cleaning service at Country was efficient and convenient, and the housekeeping staff did a good job of keeping our room clean and tidy. we found that the shops and commercial services on site were limited, and we had to venture out for some basic necessities. One area that could use improvement is the laundry facilities. It would have been helpful to have better access to laundry services during our stay. we would have liked more assistance with tours and tickets for local attractions.

Pleasant atmosphere, pleasant environment with a lovely balcony overlooking the creek where we enjoyed feeding the ducks and a clean breakfast area that had outdoor seating for a nice morning meal.
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

During my recent stay, the location was perfect , close to attractions and on the water. The breakfast was fantastic, offering a variety of hot options and a diligent attendant. The room provided ample space, creating a comfortable retreat after a long day of meetings.
The staff at check, in lacked enthusiasm and guidance. The cleanliness of the floors, especially in the rooms and hallways, was subpar.

With a mix of skiing, shopping, dining, and theme park thrills all in one spot, it was easy to keep the kids entertained. We loved exploring the vast collection of artifacts and enjoying live entertainment.
My wife says that more family-friendly entertainment options could enhance the experience for kids.

The breakfast was satisfying, though more options would enhance it. The parking situation was well-managed, even with my trailer. early morning noise from the cleaning staff was disruptive. a broken hot water system left us with cold showers for a time. The location was convenient, providing easy access to various attractions. Minor issues aside, my family enjoyed our stay. With some adjustments, this place could truly shine.

This hotel is perfectly situated at the end of the Pigeon Forge Strip, making it easy to access the stunning National Park and enjoy the local attractions, such as Dollywood, which is less than 2 km away, and the lively Big Top Arcade, just over 2 km from the hotel; you can even take a peaceful stroll by the Little Pigeon River or relax on the covered deck overlooking the creek while enjoying a diverse breakfast selection that includes several coffee options available all day. The rooms are spacious and provide a comfortable stay, but the cleanliness of the floors could use some attention.

Wandered around the interactive attraction with rare birds and relaxed amongst exotic plants. Spent a day at the water park with a Smoky Mountains theme. Enjoyed a drink on the balcony with a nice view.
Wow, the maintenance work and elevator smelled fantastic.

the rooms were clean and oversized with a nice view. also, the hot breakfast was yummy. the hotel is close to laurel falls, and the front desk staff were friendly and helpful.

The location was convenient, nestled between popular Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, with an easy drive to Dollywood. The spacious room boasted a large tub/shower combo with plenty of hot water and great lighting. The diverse breakfast selection and friendly housekeeping staff added to a pleasant stay.
Some maintenance issues were present, such as noisy bathroom ventilation and odd-shaped ceiling tiles. The room lacked certain amenities like towel bars and ample storage space.

Had a blast with friends hitting up the self, guided tour with 400+ artifacts and thrill rides at Ober Gatlinburg. Skating, skiing, shopping, all in one spot , lit! Super easy to bounce between quaint shops and live shows. Total vibe for us young party animals!
Wish for an on, site nightclub or cool hangout spot for us night owls to keep the party going after exploring the hotspots.

we stayed at country inn & suites by radisson and had a great experience. the staff was very helpful and courteous, especially during a medical emergency. the room was clean and comfortable, and we appreciated the offer of extra time at the hotel and help with our kids. the breakfast area was lovely with outdoor seating, and the hotel had a nice fire pit and sitting area. the well-lit parking lot and 24/7 hot coffee added to our experience.

Despite the mixed reviews, I had a fantastic time at this hotel. The view from my balcony was breathtaking and the staff provided excellent service. The room was well-maintained, with new carpet and all the necessary amenities. The hotel even allowed me to extend my stay at the same price. Additionally, they provided breakfast coupons for a nearby pancake house, which was delicious. it was the best experience I've had in Pigeon Forge!
